**Shift**: 8.30am-5.00pm (Monday to Friday) - **ONSITE**

**Location**: Eglinton and Viktoria Park

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences for window treatments.
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and customization options.
- Demonstrate and explain the operation and functionality of different window treatment products.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate window treatments that meet their aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Prepare and present quotations, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Collaborate with the design team to create custom solutions tailored to customer specifications.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Maintain the showroom visual standards, including product
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in home décor or interior design.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move merchandise as needed.
