We’re looking for a relationship focused, data-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our amazing Customer Success team. Reporting to the VP, Business Operations & Customer Success, you will manage your own accounts, and collaborate with the wider Customer Success team on initiatives to drive forward our CS Team. You’ll also be joining a growing organization, with endless opportunities to accelerate your career
What you’ll do:
- Partner with customers to develop meaningful strategies that feed their long-term goals.
- Develop creative strategies to increase customer engagement, drive growth, reduce churn, and produce Maximizer advocates.
- Manage key metrics that feed into team OKRs around retention, growth, and advocacy.
- Work with the Product Teams to champion customer insights and stories.
- Share Customer Success stories through case studies, blog posts, and internal communication.
- Work with the Customer Experience Team to ensure alignment and provide a cohesive Maximizer experience.
- Learn our software and become an expert in our solution.

- A workflow specialist; you understand that every industry and company has a different manner of achieving their objectives.
What you’ll bring:
- Impeccable written and oral communication skills; you’re talking to our customers, after all
- Superb relationship building skills, with a proven ability to cultivate deep and meaningful relationships with your teams and clients.
- At least 3 years of Account Management, Customer Success or similar experience.
- Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
- Experience writing sales proposals or responding to RFPs is a huge plus.
- NRR (Net Revenue Retention) knowledge and ideas on how to grow a portfolio.

Maximizer was launched in a garage on Vancouver Island in 1987, evolving through the development of early contact management systems (CMS), through sales force automation (SFA) technologies, right to today’s sophisticated customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
