- Data entry into QuickBooks Desktop, A/R, A/P, Payroll, Month End reconciliations etc.
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with the Estimator to ensure scheduling needs are met, follow up on Parts orders etc.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using QuickBooks Desktop for account management
- Good working knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and account reconciliation processes
- Issue T4's, process ROE's etc. as required
- Able to process all GST, PST, WCB remittances
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
