Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Room Service Server to join our team. As a Room Service Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests by taking and delivering food and beverage orders directly to their rooms. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders promptly to guest rooms while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards
- Set up trays and tables with necessary items such as linens, silverware, condiments, etc.
- Assist with guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to enhance the guest experience
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
