**Overview**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for our clients. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a vibrant salon environment, contributing to the overall beauty and satisfaction of our clientele.

**Duties**
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored services.
- Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions clients may have.
- Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to enhance service offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of various eyelash extension methods and products is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid cosmetology or esthetician license may be required based on local regulations.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a passion for beauty are essential for success in this role.
