**Your Mission**:

- Be the trusted connection between our **Customers** and our powerhouse **Service Team**:

- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with clarity and confidence
- Create repair orders, manage communication, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records
- Support **Technicians** and align timelines for smooth, efficient service
- Help keep our **Service Desk** running like a well-oiled machine

**Your Toolkit**:

- Experience in a **Customer service** or **advisory** role
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for getting things done right
- Resilience in a fast-paced environment and a cool head under pressure
- A knack for balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
- Strong **mechanical** or **technical aptitude** (**heavy-duty** or **automotive industry experience** is a **plus**)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- service advisor/writer/scheduler: 1 year (preferred)
- heavy-duty truck/trailer OR automotive industry: 1 year (preferred)
