**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 Yr Driving Experience.
- High School Diploma Grade 12 is required.
- Experience, education, or training in the Disability Sector will be considered an asset.
- Ability to represent enVision Community Living Vision, Mission, and Values through providing transportation.
- Team player, excellent interpersonal skillset, and ability to work with diversified group of people.
- Experience working or volunteering in Human Services is an asset.
- Valid Manitoba Class 1, 2, 3 or 4 driving license and clean Drivers Abstract.
- Clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry and satisfactory Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector. Document will be considered current if obtained no more than 3 months prior to start of employment.

**Additional Information**

Schedule of Work: Monday-Friday, 07:30am-10:00am and 02:40pm 05:00pm

**Location**: Steinbach, Manitoba.

The role is also expected to visit locations within Steinbach, Niverville, Ste. Anne, and La Broquerie. enVision Community Living values diversity and supports accessibility.

- Do you have a valid Class (1, 2, 3 or 4) Manitoba Driver License (Handi Van)?
- Do you feel comfortable about providing transport care to somebody such as wheelchair securement and lift and transfer?
- Do you feel comfortable providing transportation to people supported within Steinbach, Niverville, Ste. Anne, and La Broquerie?
- Do you have a clean Drivers Abstract?
- Do you have minimum 1 year driving experience?
- Do you have a work or study permit? If yes, when does it expire?
- Do you have a Current First Aid and CPR level A or C certification? If so, please enter the date of expiration.
- Do you require any type of workplace accommodation to perform this role?
- Have you ever worked for or applied to enVision Community Living before?
- Have you ever been investigated for abuse or neglect of a vulnerable person?
- Have you ever worked, or are you currently working in a staffing agency (Co-Care Health Group) that provides services to enVision Community Living?
- Can you perform the essential functions of this job? (Could include pushing a wheelchair, able to lift/push/pull up to 50 Lbs., abiding in all safety protocols and maintaining a safe transportation environment for people supported, able to get to shift work on time and maintain confidentiality and sensitivity)
