Audi Collision Advisor

Whitby Collision & Glass is a progressive and growing collision shop in the Durham Region. We are in immediate need of a collision repair estimator. This position is Monday to Friday for 40 hours a week. We offer group benefits and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

**Functions/Responsibilities**
- Greet and speak with customers
- Write a professional estimate
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, sublets, insurance groups, and the customer directly
- Provide supplement information for any extra repairs throughout the job
- Close work orders
- Handle comebacks

**Preference will be given to applicants with the following qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary diploma or degree
- Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent organizational skills are essential
- Solid Microsoft Office skills are necessary (Excel, Microsoft, Outlook)
- Positive attitude
- Performs well in a rapidly evolving environment with strict deadlines
- Able to multitask and to work alone as well as with the team to achieve goals and deadlines

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
