**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic kitchen skills are advantageous, including familiarity with food preparation techniques.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
