Reporting to the Store Manager, the **Fulfillment Admin / Service Coordinator / Shipper / Receiver** is responsible to assist with all shipping & receiving, preparing appliances for return to the manufacture, verifying that returns from customers and deliveries are true to what is expected, receiving all returns into stock including relabeling them, transferring items to clearance, obtaining damage return authorizations and concessions, inventory counts, showroom merchandizing, as well as answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries.
- Support shipping & receiving
- Scan-in credits, non-deliveries, and concealed damage returns
- Test all damaged unit to confirm they are in working condition
- Transfer all damaged but sellable units to a showroom
- Schedule and track all repairs of faulty products to the conclusion of repair & transfer to showroom or manufacture RA if the product cannot be repaired
- Schedule all pickups and returns of manufacture RA’d units
- Dispose of all scrap units, RA & write off inclusive
- Prepare all returns to manufacture by crating & strapping as per manufacture instructions
- Create and complete all required stock transfers to and from showrooms
- Document & save all BOL, return RA’s & scrap write-offs

**Working Conditions**
- Working with or around moving mechanical machines including lift trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts
- Varying noise levels that can be loud at certain times
- Fast-paced environment in which adherence to all occupational health and safety procedures is critical
- Manual lifting required
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience operating a warehouse, or willingness to learn
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Works well with others and build an effective team
- Reliability and flexibility
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
