Product Advisor

Western Motor Sports is growing and we are looking for an experienced result's driven Product Advisor to join our dynamic team

Job Duties:
- Generating sales and following up with sales leads
- Assisting customers with all aspects of purchasing recreational vehicles
- Matching the needs of a customer to an appropriate product based on a solid understanding of product features and technologies
- Maintaining a consistent after-sale relationship with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
Important Skills include:
Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience using/ability to learn modern CRM software
- Understanding of technology
- Excellent interpersonal skills
**Requirements**:
- Familiar with all aspects of social media, including websites
- Strong sales background
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Dedicated to new customer acquisition and customer retention for new and pre-owned vehicle
