Courier Driver

Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Frontier) is a rapidly growing provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery. Our facilities in Regina & Saskatoon coordinate all the courier work in Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a full time Courier Driver capable of driving our fleet vehicle in the city of Regina and/or the rural areas of southern Saskatchewan. Starting from and returning to our warehouse in Regina, the Driver will service our clients cargo/package pick-ups and drops offs, including the loading and unloading of freight. Fleet vehicles may include cube vans and 3/5 tons.

**SHIFT SCHEDULE: NIGHTS 12AM till 9AM**
- Hours of work require flexibility with some shift times starting as early at 10PM_

The Driver will be responsible for maintaining trip sheets and all freight documents, manifests, BOL’s, and updating handheld devices. Adherence to all health and occupational safety, department of highways, and DOT regulations; as well as ensuring the safety, security, and prompt delivery of the cargo while on route is imperative. Completing daily pre and post trips and maintaining the temperature in the vehicle are all imperative.

**Qualifications**:

- Must have good knowledge of the roadways in and around Regina.
- Must be willing to complete high volume of deliveries in a day.
- Must be willing to complete extra security checks to ensure freight is controlled & monitored on route.
- Must be willing to complete additional tasks to ensure freight is maintained in a consistent temperature to eliminate spoilage.
- Must have experience driving a 3 ton.
- Must have good knowledge of the towns and roadways in Southern SK.
- Must comply with company drug & alcohol program.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years behind the wheel commercial driving experience.
- Must be flexible to assist in the warehouse as needed.
- Must have a current criminal background check, as well as be bondable if requested.
- Must have Steel Toed Shoes, wear company identification card and company branded clothing.
- Must be able to read, write, and clearly communicate in English.
- Good knowledge of log/trip sheets, inspection reports, freight documents.
- Experience using GPS, cell phone, and other company handheld tracking devices.
- Professional and experienced in providing good customer service to Clients.
- A current clean NSC commercial driver’s abstract (minimum of at least one year) and a valid class 5 license.
- Must be able to safely lift up to 50lbs without assistance as well as demonstrate the safe use of hand dollies and/or pallet jacks.
