**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**

a. Assist in writing and scheduling social media posts

b. Draft content for company’s website and social media accounts

d. Assist in researching and curating content ideas for campaigns

**Market Research**

a. Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions and competitors

b. Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies

c. Prepare summaries and reports based on research findings

**CRM & HubSpot Management**

b. Support customer relationship management (CRM) systems by updating contact lists and ensuring data accuracy.

**Digital Marketing**

b. Assist in updating company website

c. Help monitor social media metrics to evaluate success of social media activities

**Event Coordination / Trade Shows**

a. Assist in organizing and promoting events or Trade Shows

b. Help prepare materials and presentations for events

c. Provide logístical support during the events

**Administrative tasks**

a. Organize marketing material and documentation

**Collaborative Projects**:

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree or certificate in marketing
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts (branding, SEO, social media, content marketing)
- Multitasking
- Reporting - Familiar with HubSpot, google analytics and excel
- Familiar with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suit, etc.
- A recent graduate or someone with mínimal professional experience in marketing.
- Strong desire to learn and adapt quickly to new marketing tools and techniques.
- Energetic, proactive, and willing to support various team members in achieving marketing goals.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
