**Job Overview**
As a Community Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals within the community who require assistance with daily living activities. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing compassionate care and support. This position requires a dedicated individual who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Help with meal preparation and nutritional guidance to promote healthy eating habits.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behavior to the supervising staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or volunteers as needed, ensuring adherence to care protocols and standards.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Experience in supervising others is considered an asset, contributing to effective team dynamics and client care.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.44 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
