**Tridon Communications is currently seeking a Warehouse Technician to add to our team in our Edmonton Head Office location.**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Shipping and Receiving**:

- Ship outgoing products and receive incoming goods.
- Accurately receive inventory into NetSuite and ensure proper storage in designated areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean shipping and receiving area.
- Conduct inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
- Manage courier services and ensure that shipments are properly documented.
- Safely handle products and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

**Inventory and Rentals**:

- Assist in tracking rental equipment, ensuring timely returns and maintenance.
- Prepare rental equipment, ensuring it is clean, in good working order, and ready for use.
- Support the preparation of rental quotes and contracts.
- Monitor inventory of rental equipment and parts, performing cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized rental area and offsite storage locations.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries about products, rentals, and inventory.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and hand jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, reporting needs for restocking.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

**Required Work Experience and Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
- Post-secondary certification preferred.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Familiarity with NetSuite or other inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
