- $16.13 / hour, as per CUPE pay schedule**QUALIFICATIONS NECESSARY**:
- Must have lawn tractor experience;
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Organizational skills;
- Priority setting skills;
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skill with the ability to function effectively, independently, within a team, with frontline personnel and management;
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment with excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload;
- Dependable with a verifiable acceptable attendance record;
- Proven ability to perform the essential duties of the position on a regular basis.
- Must have Grade 10 education
**BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The basic responsibility of the Seasonal Worker is to provide seasonal assistance to the maintenance department.
**CURRENT ASSIGNMENT**:
- This position may be required to work: days, evenings, and weekends
- Current assignment is 8-hour shifts, days, evenings, weekends possible
- This position will commence **ASAP **and can terminate with two-weeks written notice from the employer
