**Job Profile**:
**Part-Time General Repair and Maintenance Person**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and repairs.
- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to building systems and equipment.
- Assist in the installation and assembly of new equipment and fixtures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Assist with snow removal and landscaping duties as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance equipment and storage areas.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate repair and maintenance projects.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in general repair and maintenance work.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Additional Information**:

- This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
- Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.
