**Your role**:
Reporting to the Director, Portfolio Construction and Strategy, the intern will participate in portfolio construction activities and the development of the capital allocation strategy.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Conduct collaborative projects related to valuation and portfolio construction to develop investment recommendations (e.g., asset allocation, measuring the relative attractiveness of investment strategies, evaluating the diversification potential of a vocation or product;
- Collaborate on various cross-functional initiatives involving multiple internal teams to implement investment recommendations;
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the development of the portfolio capital allocation strategy;
- Perform portfolio diagnostic and positioning assessment, recommending capital allocation strategies to be undertaken based on cycle and long-term trend analysis to improve portfolio performance;
- Work on strategic projects for senior management related to portfolio construction;
- Monitor the evolution of the real estate market and portfolio based on strategic investment planning and current risks (concentration, partners, lease expirations, etc.)

**Your profile**:

- Master's degree in finance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group;
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Ability to work on multiple projects with strict deadlines;
- Strong organizational and time management skills
