We are looking for a Full-Time Experienced Parts Technician to join our growing team If you are looking to join the Stony Plain Chrysler family — where we treat our customers like family — then we want you

This is a full-time position. Hours will be from 7:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with one day/week until 6pm, and rotating Saturdays 8am-3pm.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Parts experience
- Able to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a group environment
- Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders within the guidelines of company policies and procedures and by checking parts availability
- Able to handle incoming calls
- Provide excellent customer satisfaction in quoting, selling, and providing information to customers, service advisors, and mechanics
- Assisting service advisors with recalls and technical service bulletins
- Sell added value parts as appropriate
- Inventory control
- Automotive electrical and mechanical knowledge
- Experience in an automotive dealership parts environment
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong organization skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer background an asset
- PBS experience an asset
- Must be self-motivated
- Have a positive, can-do attitude
- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Journeyman or apprenticing parts technician an asset

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
