**The State Group is seeking a Lead Cabling Technician with proven experience in network cable installation, testing, fiber-optic cabling, and fusion splicing within the industrial and commercial sectors based in Montréal, Quebec.**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Install and terminate structured cabling systems.
- Perform fusion splicing on fiber-optic cables.
- Troubleshoot and repair Ethernet cabling systems.
- Operate network cable testing equipment to verify installation quality.

**WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR TEAM**
- 2+ years of direct experience in structured cabling and fiber optics.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of cabling standards and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC H4E 1A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
