We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individual to take on the management and growth of our Food and Beverage program and to take responsibility for the implementation of the growth strategy for the business.

**DUTIES**:
**Leadership & Collaboration**
- Collaborate closely with the leadership team to ensure cohesive operations across departments.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Report directly to ownership on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Perform other duties as requested by ownership that contribute to the overall success of the business.

**Front-of-House Operations**
- Oversee day-to-day FOH operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, policies, and procedures.
- Plan, coordinate, and lead FOH service during events and regular café operations.
- Schedule FOH and event staff to ensure adequate coverage and smooth operations.
- Fill in and provide support as needed to ensure smooth service and uphold standards.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally, implementing service improvements as needed.
- Create exceptional customer experiences through staff leadership, training, and setting a high standard for ambience and service.

**Staff Supervision & Training**
- Hire, train, and supervise FOH staff, café and bar managers, and new team members.
- Monitor team performance, offer constructive feedback, and develop training programs to enhance skills and service standards.
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability among team members.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and service.

**Marketing & Brand Promotion**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute F&B promotions.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the brand and food & beverage offerings.
- Stay current with industry trends to help position the business competitively.

**Financial & Administrative Duties**
- Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales.
- Manage inventory and collaborate on addressing shortages and storage issues.
- Monitor and analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, while managing budgets and controlling costs.
- Comply with all administrative policies and procedures.

**Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high cleanliness and service standards.
- Oversee safe food handling and alcohol service practices.
- Ensure facilities are well-maintained, stocked, and meet health code requirements.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous management experience in a restaurant or cafe.
- Self driven and motivated with interest in being a part of contributing towards the growth of a thriving community hub
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Confidence with managing HR duties as part of an overall vision for growth of the business
- Valid Serving it Right Certification

**Perks of the job**:

- Salary: $50,000 -$60,000 (based on experience) + tips
- Full time hours: 32 - 40 hours per week
