We are excited to be hiring a Site Supervisor who will be responsible for the supervision of all on-site construction activities. You will ensure a high standard of workmanship that our clients are accustomed to receiving while maintaining a safe & effective work environment for all.

As a valued member of Quoin, you will:

- Be responsible for all on-site activities.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship.
- Be a leader in Health and Safety, mandate safe work practices at all times.
- Collaborate with the Project Managers to develop a plan of action & sequence of activities.
- Foster excellent relationships with vendors, consultants, clients, landlords and other project stakeholders.
- Provide escort of clients, consultants, authorities, and other visitors on the jobsite.
- Manage arrangements and activities with building services, ensuring compliance with all requirements.

You will bring to the team:

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in construction.
- The ability to visualize the entire project, look ahead to prepare for next steps, anticipate issues and provide solutions.
- A sound knowledge of construction techniques, plan & specification reading, methods and procedures.
- Experience working in occupied settings, respect for the impact of construction on the activities of others.
- Leadership maintaining vendor performance, quality control, timeliness & safety.
- Current knowledge of Ontario Occupational Health & Safety regulations and legislations.
- A self-starter with good organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with software and Apps; particularly Procore, SiteDocs and MS Office.
- The willingness to be a team player, ready to “roll up your sleeves” when needed.
- Your own reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to meet the needs of our customers by working rotating shifts; days, nights and weekends as may be required.

**Salary**: $54,576.49-$65,726.52 per year
