We specialize in LTL, FTL, Flat deck and Container transport. We are a authorized carrier with Port Metro Vancouver, Canada Customs Bonded carrier and operate out of a 100,000 sq. ft CBSA Sufferance Bonded warehouse.

We currently have an opening for a LTL & FTL dispatcher/logistics coordinator. The dispatcher/logistics coordinator is to provide administrative support in warehouse & transportation operations. Verify and keep records on Inbound and Outbound shipment and provide customers with frequent updates.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Obtain quotes from various carriers and evaluate pricing/quotes.
- Negotiate pricing with carriers and in addition source for new potential carriers.
- Work with internal software to update shipment details.
- Work with transport driver to ensure time and trips are being used efficiently.
- Establish relationships with 3PL partners and evaluates alternatives to minimize distribution costs.
- Prepare client's accurate and timely billing.
- Tracing and tracking of shipments to final destination.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Minimum 1-year work experience in transportation or logistics.
- Strong communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of computer literacy, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- A team player but also capable of working independently.
- Fluent English.
- Dispatching experience is not required. Training is available.
