We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Provisional Psychologist to join our client-centered team This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and complete your CAP registration requirements.

**Position**: Provisional Psychologist
**Location**: St. Albert, AB
**Hours**: Minimum 24 hours per week
**Compensation**: Hourly pay + Commission
**Supervision**: Ongoing supervision provided

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide psychological intervention for individuals across a range of presenting issues
- Plan and co-facilitate workshops and group therapy sessions
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and team members
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Participate in regular supervision to support your professional development
- Build your own client base by planning and participating in marketing your unique skills
- Administrative duties

**Requirements**:

- Provisional registration with the College of Alberta Psychologists
- Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine interest in working with diverse populations
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning what's needed to build your own private practice
- Ability to manage social media and technological devices (i.e.: laptops, tablets, phones, printer, Bluetooth speakers, etc.)
- Interest in the following therapeutic approaches: cognitive behavioural, dialectical, and solution-focus
