**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**: Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to building restoration and envelope repairs.
- **Technical Expertise**: Perform and oversee work involving waterproofing, masonry restoration, concrete repairs, E.I.F.S. installation and repair, glazing and caulking, coatings/painting, and balcony restoration.
- **Team Management**: Lead and mentor a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect and ensure all restoration work meets company standards, industry regulations, and client expectations.
- **Equipment Operation**: Safely operate and supervise the use of elevated work platforms and other tools/equipment as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and project progress.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead in building restoration/envelope projects.
- Expertise in waterproofing, masonry, concrete work, E.I.F.S., glazing and caulking, coatings/painting, and balcony repairs.
- Proficiency in operating elevated work platforms and working at heights.
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices in restoration work.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.

**Ideally we are looking for somebody who can also bring with them a team of skilled labourers and run projects in the capacity of a subcontractor.**

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $35.00-$50.00 per hour
