**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage and schedule appointments for product deliveries, farm visits, and consultations with precision and professionalism.

Maintain a detailed and organized booking system, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded and communicated to the relevant departments.

Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to optimize schedules and resolve any scheduling conflicts promptly.

Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional customer service by providing courteous and efficient support.

Assist in managing the customer database, ensuring all contact information and interaction logs are up-to-date and accurate.

Participate in promotional events and activities, representing NutraFarms Inc. with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to help improve our services and product offerings.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a booking agent or similar customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems and booking software.

A passion for the farm-to-table concept and a commitment to promoting sustainable agriculture.

Flexibility to work in different shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
