ShopperPlus is Canada's leading e-commerce platform, founded in Montreal, Canada in 2008 by Jack, an early Alibaba employee. After years of in-depth exploration and continuous development, the company has established aeries of full-contact, multi-channel, cost-effective and innovative DTC brands, including office supplies, 3C electronic products, home storage, hardware, kitchen and bathroom, kitchen and small Home appliances, pet supplies, baby supplies and basic daily necessities, etc. Through its own website and e-commerce platform, ShopperPlus serves millions of Canadian consumers every year.

In Montreal, there is one order fulfillment center and its own distribution network, one fulfillment center in Vancouver, Canada, and one merchandise center in Guangzhou, China. The company has completed Round A venture capital investment in August, 2021. The fulfillment center on the West Island of Montreal has also expanded to 250,000 square feet (2.5 times the size of the previous one). Meanwhile, an intelligent warehousing robotic order picking system is introduced to break through the bottleneck and to position Shopper+ in the front line.

Position: Website Operations Specialist

Job description:
1. Responsible for the market and channel operation plan of the company's e-commerce product APP, overall planning of online promotion work, and achieving growth goals;
2. Formulate the operation goals of different stages of the product, be responsible for integrating internal and external resources, and improve user activity and conversion rate;
3. According to different channels and user groups, plan targeted activities and tracking;
4. Keep up with market trends, plan hot topics, and increase new users;
5. Be responsible for the promotion effect, achieve new increments, registrations, and activity goals, and continuously optimize the APP conversion effect by analyzing and mining operational data and user behavior data;
6. Participate in the formulation of market analysis and improve the operation effect of products;
7. Complete other work arranged by the superior

job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, at least 1 year e-commerce experience, experience in APP product operation is preferred

2. Love the Internet industry, have product or project operation and promotion experience from 0-1, familiar with APP mainstream platform promotion cooperation mode, and have certain channel resources;
3. Be good at thinking, can plan precise promotion plans according to user groups, and have successful cases of APP promotion and operation are preferred;
4. Have a high sense of responsibility, have the ability to learn quickly, think positively, and have strong ability to withstand pressure

5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, speaking Mandarin and French are preferred

6. Good communication skills, and good team player

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
