**Responsibilities**
- Use of basic hand tools
- Ability in taking direction applied to relative job functions
- Complete demolition with little direction
- Ability to adapt to a variety of residential and commercial environments
- Always maintaining quality workmanship
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Regulations for Construction projects, as well as company and project policies/procedures

**Requirements**:

- Basic hand tool experience required
- Previous construction/carpentry experience
- Valid class G driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Must pass a police background check
- Supply basic personal carpentry tools
