**Responsibilities**:

- Installing, repairing or replacing a variety of roofing systems (BUR, Mod Bit, EPDM)
- Must know how to Torch, do BUR installations, EPDM repairs and read details/ work orders

Skills/Qualification:

- Previous experience in commercial/industrial flat roofing
- Investigating, identifying and resolving roof leaks
- Intermediate English skills
- Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy
- Drivers license is an asset with clean abstract
- Must clear vulnerable section police check
- Must have Working at Heights certificate

**Flat Roofing junior positions (Commercial and Industrial)**:

- Site mobilization;
- Striping and disposing of old roof,
- Loading and unloading material;
- Job site clean-up.

- Must have Working at Heights certificate
- Skills/Qualification:

- Must be a team player who is dependable and reliable
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, high energy environment on the roof
- Weight handling will be over 45kg
- Work environment is on the roof and/or on the grounds that are dusty and noisy
- Worker must wear necessary Protective Equipment including but not limited to Safety Boots
- Own transportation is an asset
- Drivers license a plus
- Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy
- Intermediate English skills
