About the Job:
The Customer Service Associate responds promptly and professionally to all incoming orders and inquiries by maintaining knowledge of the organization’s products, resolving customer concerns and communicates effectively throughout the organization.
About You:
You are an independent, people-first individual that prides themselves on getting things done. You have a positive attitude, well organized, detailed oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You like to work hard but also appreciate a solid work-life balance.
Major Responsibilities:
- Order Processing/Returns: Process customer orders through various means from order point to pick ticket release to returns, if applicable.
- Customer Communication: Verifying orders, communicating late/incomplete orders, confirming timelines, problem solving, and answering queries.
- Data Management: Update and maintain customer order information in financial software.
- Organization Collaboration: Working across the organization to proactively addresses issues related to inventory quantity or revised arrival/production dates.
- Customs Management: Enables cross border shipments by filing out custom papers.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a supplier to Major Retailers (Canadian Tire, Loblaws, Pet Smart etc.) in a customer service capacity
- Post secondary education
- Experience with Sage/ MAS accounting software preferred
- Experience with SPS Commerce or similar EDI software
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be a reliable team player who can work without supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- EDI/SPS Commerce: 2 years (preferred)
