ACEL Power Inc. is a leader in green technology, crafting innovative electric outboard engines that allow enthusiasts to enjoy nature on the water in an eco-friendly way. We are seeking a Global Manufacturing Manager to optimize our manufacturing operations across multiple global facilities.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Global Manufacturing Strategy & Leadership**: Develop and execute a comprehensive manufacturing strategy aligned with company objectives. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and cost savings globally.
- **Operational Excellence & Process Optimization**: Standardize manufacturing processes and equipment across sites to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to maximize productivity.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure all sites comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a culture of safety and conduct regular audits to maintain safe working conditions.
- **Resource Planning & Budget Management**: Manage the global manufacturing budget and collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize resources and minimize downtime. Forecast labor and material needs to meet production demands.
- **Supplier & Vendor Management**: Evaluate and optimize supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality support for manufacturing operations. Manage performance to improve material quality and availability.
- **Team Development & Leadership**: Build and develop a skilled manufacturing team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**: Analyze production data to identify improvement areas. Prepare detailed manufacturing performance reports.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 10+ years in manufacturing management, with at least 5 years in a global or multi-site leadership role.
- **Certifications**: Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar relevant certifications highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Proficiency in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
- **Language**: Mandarin speaking is a requirement to facilitate communication with our teams and partners in China.

**Working Conditions**: This role requires regular international travel to manufacturing sites and supplier locations. The Global Manufacturing Manager will work in both office and production environments to ensure consistency in manufacturing practices across all facilities.

Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
