**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' dietary habits and nutritional needs.
- Develop individualized nutrition plans based on client goals, preferences, and medical history.
- Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to nutrition plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using electronic medical records systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for clients.
- Offer workshops or group sessions on various nutrition-related topics as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field is required
- Certification with a regulatory body for Nutrition and insurance
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Excellent computer operation skills for managing client data and creating reports.
- A genuine interest in promoting health and wellness through nutrition education.
