Precast Team Member

Job Title: Precast Labourer

Location: Haywood, Manitoba

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup, production, and cleanup of precast concrete products
- Pour and finish concrete
- Operate hand and power tools to cut, drill, and shape concrete products
- Load and unload trucks
- Assist with maintenance and cleaning of production equipment and tools
- Follow safety procedures and protocols

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in construction or manufacturing industries is preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
