**Job description**

Shop Location: Norwich, Ontario.

Service Area: South Western Ontario

Type: Full-Time

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm (extended hours and Saturdays may be required during busy season).

Wage: $20/hr to $30/hr

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and/or assist install crew with installing new residential and commercial irrigation systems.
- Lead and/or assist install crew with installing landscape lighting systems
- Lead and/or assist service crew with servicing and maintaining existing irrigation systems
- Developing and maintaining a strong positive client experience.
- Clear open communication with the rest of the YardLine team ensuring a seamless customer experience ensuring our commitment to quality and workmanship.
- Attend company meetings, tradeshows and industry events as required, as well as other training opportunities.
- To uphold and promote YardLine’s values and mission.
- Use field service management programs effectively, writing clear notes, tracking inventory, and hours.
- Follow directions provided by the install/service manager.
- Working as a team and completing what needs to be completed.

Education and Experience Requirements
- Valid G driver’s license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge in basic electrical and water principles are an asset
- Must have the ability to take initiative, and think critically, with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and potential leadership qualities.
- Must possess good English verbal and written communications skills.

Working Conditions
- 10-hour days/ 50-hours a week. Extended schedules may be necessary during busy times.
- Majority of our work is within 45 minutes of Norwich.
- Working outdoors in the elements.
- Extensive travel is required at times; however, a truck and fuel will be provided.
- Ability to sit, squat, kneel, reach, stand, walk, or dig for long period of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
