**Role and Facility Information**:
A solo clinic in the Kensington neighbourhood. They are a hybrid walk-in/family practice that is supported by an MOA. The clinic has 2 exam rooms and 1 physician working in the clinic. The clinic conducts appointments in person. The patient population is skewed more towards geriatrics.

EMR: Profile (IntraHealth)
Allied Health: MOA
Languages: Cantonese and Mandarin are prominent languages in the practice and proficiency is an asset but not required
Parking/Bike/Transit information: Free physician parking is available
Remuneration: 70/30, $750 Daily Minimum
Hours: Monday-Wednesday and Friday 9am-6pm, Thursday and Saturday 9am-1pm, closed Sunday
Position Details: Permanent FP Needed - Full time and Part time opportunities available
