**Office/Warehouse Clerk**

Quality NDE, the largest distributor of Non-Destructive Testing products and equipment in Eastern Canada, is looking for an Office/Warehouse Clerk for our new office in Alberta. Our office offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere and is located in Edmonton.

The main task of this job is to receive, ship and deliver goods according to the purchase orders, as well as to prepare the bill of ladings.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support the sale team with answering the phone, quotes, invoicing and providing customer support.
- Receiving and shipping goods (truck and courier).
- Prepare and assemble the orders.
- Prepare bill of lading and other documents.
- Welcome our carriers and customers when picking up parcels.
- Ensuring the warehouse is properly stocked (work with head office).
- Any other duties related to the job.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Dynamic and self-sufficient, you will have to work alone or as a team.
- Good with computer (Outlook, Internet, and others).
- You are detail-oriented, take initiative, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Forklift certification is an asset.
- Work involves lifting/moving boxes.
- You have a valid driver’s license.

- Monday to Friday. Flexible schedule from 8:00 am to 17:00 pm (summer until 16h30 on Fridays).

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
