**Necessary Qualifications**:

- possession of a valid B.C. Teaching Certificate;
- university training, or its equivalent, relevant to the posted position; and,
- successful teaching experience relevant to the posted position.

**T-4808 Physical Education/Home Economics Grades 10-12, CLE/CLC**

**1.0 F.T.E. Term, September 2, 2025, to June 26, 2026**

**HOWE SOUND SECONDARY SCHOOL**
- possess relevant university training, or its equivalent related to the position;
- possess relevant, successful teaching experience in Home Economics, Physical Education and Basketball at the secondary level;
- possess Food Safe Certificate;
- be familiar with the BC Student Performance Standards; and,
- have a solid understanding and knowledge of the new Ministry curriculum and competencies.

Assignment involves teaching Foods 10/11/12 and Physical Education 10 full-year and Basketball 11/12.

**Salary range**: $60,015 per year to $109,520 per year, based on category as assigned by the Teachers Qualification Service (TQS) and previous teaching experience.
