_Do you have a flair for "Style & Design?"_ Covers Canada is a leading retailer of Window Fashions, offering an extensive line of custom window coverings, drapery and bedding. Our core brands include Hunter Douglas, Shade-O-Matic, Maxxmar, Comfortex Sunglow and more. We have an immediate permanent part time (approximately 20 hours) opening for a Sales/Window Covering Specialist in our Kitchener showroom. We are looking for a self-motivator with proven sales success in retail or home furnishings. Someone with excellent customer skills and with the ability to clearly identify needs and provide solutions with passion. Knowledge of window coverings including drapery is preferred but not a requirement Key Qualifications - High school diploma; Post secondary degree/diploma preferred - Interior Decorating education/experience - Sales experience an asset, minimum 3 years. - Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality Compensation: $16-18/Hr + Commission **Location**: 500 Fairway Rd S Kitchener On N2C 1X3 Showroom Hours: Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm by Appointment/Walk ins excepted. **Job Type**: Part-time Part-time hours: 20 per week **Salary**: From $16.00 per hour Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay **Experience**: - sales: 3 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Drivers License (required)
