**Operations Manager-Maintenance Division**

The **INL Group of Companies** has been in business for over 70 years.

Our divisions include our Landscape Maintenance Division, Stone Yard Division, Landscape Construction, Farm Division and Garden Centre.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee our **Landscape Maintenance Division** and our **Snow Removal Program**:

- Able to oversee multiple landscaping crews at various locations
- Service company’s clientele with a customer first always attitude
- Flexibility required to accommodate daily and seasonal business needs
- Ability to motivate employees and provide a positive work environment
- Orientation and training of new personnel when required
- Experience with **snow removal operations** in a commercial setting
- Ability to handle the operation, scheduling and dispatching of employees and company equipment during all four seasons
- Ability to identify training opportunities and areas of improvement among the team
- Ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to provide landscape maintenance quotations
- Attend meetings, and site walks with clients (as required)
- Always working in an ethical manner
- Other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years** of experience as a foreman/woman in a Landscape Operations/Maintenance position in a commercial setting
- **Operational Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal knowledge for a large team is a must**:

- Knowledge of proper equipment maintenance protocol, submit work requests as required
- Ability to be diplomatic and skilled with negotiations to handle various situations
- G License and clean drivers abstract required
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy required
- Strong work ethic - reliable and punctual
- Able to assume responsibility and have a flexible team-player attitude
- Previous experience operating maintenance equipment

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Landscape Maintenance Foreperson: 5 years (preferred)
- Commercial Snow Removal: 5 years (preferred)
