REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience in the service industry
- 2 years experience as a Bartender in restaurants
- Similar fast-paced environment and atmosphere

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A spirited ‘people person’ who thrives in a fast-paced, electric atmosphere where priorities lie in getting to know every guest and deliver uncompromising high standards of service to meet/exceed expectations of all parties.
- Demonstrate excellent food and beverage knowledge; suggestive selling is natural
- Plan, host and participate in special events with enthusiasm and excitement; pump it up and keep guests engaged; prepare in advance to create and maintain a high-energy, electric atmosphere.
- Take ownership; see and act on opportunities to build sales and relationships and manage your bar business.
- Team player; set the tone for high energy and fun; demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to maintain composure under pressure; include teammates in fun bar banter with guests.
- A multi-tasker who thinks and acts quickly when responding to guests’ needs.
- Demonstrate sports knowledge and promote current community/sporting events

**Salary**: $15.50-$24.80 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
