Harbour City Donuts is looking for a part time Prep Cook/Cleanup person to join our team. If you're free for a few hours in the mid afternoons/early eavnings and looking to make some extra dough, then this just might be the place for you

The hours are flexible. Start time can be between 2:00pm and 7:00pm Tuesday to Friday and there's 3 to 4 hours of work each day. Additional hours hours are available if interested.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow recipes and store itmes acording to specifications
- Maintain, clean and organize kitchen.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
- Understand basic cooking techniques and food safety protocols.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nanaimo, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (required)
