**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, gel x, hard gel and nail art.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures for all tools and workstations to ensure client safety.
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments and products suited to individual client needs.
- Upsell retail products such as nail care items, lotions, and polishes to enhance client experience and increase sales.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and building rapport with clients.
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the salon environment and adhere to all health regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Valid state license or certification as a Nail Technician or Cosmetologist with nail specialization.
- Experience in body waxing is a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation standards, and current trends in nail art.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and courteously.
- Proven ability in upselling retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
