CNC Machinist

**Some Responsibilities Include**:

- Writing and understanding machine procedures, assembly, and utilization
- Analyzing blueprints, drawings, and plans to execute projects
- Utilizing knowledge to set up and perform daily machine checks and maintenance
- Operating machine components across more than one axis
- Communicating clearly and concisely
- Conducting inspections on any equipment, structures, and materials used
- Maintaining a safe workspace throughout the course of the day

**Requirements**:

- Must have prior relevant experience/ junior engineering work/ completed program
- Able to use a variety of precision tools properly and accurately, such as calipers and micrometers
- Great computer programming (CAM) and technical skills using industry software
- Must be highly detail oriented and an honest and strong team player
- Proficiency in understanding engineering drawings and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing
- Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
- Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $29.00-$31.00 per hour
