Murray Jeep Ram Dodge Morden, is look to add a Parts / Service Advisor to their award winning team. This is a dream job if you are interested in automotive, are strong at sales and like working with customers.

As an **Advisor** you will be responsible to meet and greet part service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.

Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify customer’s service needs.

Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.

Provide accurate cost and time of completion estimates for the services recommended, communicate and get proper authorization from customers.

Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.

Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer warranty guidelines.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Communicate with customers via in person, telephone and/or Internet regarding inquiries or follow-ups
- Navigate digital parts catalogs for order processing
- Field phone calls daily with accuracy and detail
- Coordinate to fulfill both retail and wholesale account needs
- Receive and check-in parts inventory to maintain inventory database
- Other general support and assistance to the team as needed
- PBS/ADP/CDK experience an asset
- Previous knowledge of tires and accessories an asset
- Maintaining clean and professional appearance of the service counter, work area and parts department
