**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Material Development & Design Execution**
- Design and format a wide range of print and digital materials including:

- _**Slide decks**_
- _**Letterhead, postcards, invites, booklets, signage**_
- _**Web-based communications and promotional content**_
- Translate written and conceptual information into engaging and accessible visual formats.

**2. Social Media & Ad Communications**
- Develop graphics for social media platforms tailored to specific audiences and formats.
- Design promotional and advertising content that aligns with communication objectives and project strategy.
- Collaborate with internal staff to ensure messaging is visually impactful and on-brand.
- Ability to read and interpret engagement metrics (likes, reach, shares, conversions).

**3. Documentation & Quality Control**
- Maintain organized and version-controlled documentation for all projects in both digital and print formats.
- Compile post-project evaluation data and metrics for client reporting.
- File formats, exporting assets, and print preparation
- Knowledge of content calendars and editorial planning.

**4. Analytics & Reporting**
- Ability to read and interpret engagement metrics (likes, reach, shares, conversions).
- Experience with:

- _**Google Analytics**_
- _**CRM and CMS familiarity (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress)**_

**Technical & Creative Skills**
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design presentation tools
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
- Awareness of emerging design tools and new media technologies

**Professional Expectations**
- Represent Myelin & Associates in a professional and ethical manner at all times
- Demonstrate initiative, creative problem-solving, and adaptability in a deadline-driven environment
- Stay current with industry trends in design, branding, and digital communications

**Qualifications**
- Optional: Diploma or certificate in graphic design from a technical school or community college
- While Myelin collaborates closely with healthcare professionals, no scientific or medical background is required for this role.
