**Overview**

**Duties**
- Install roofing materials, metal sheets according to specifications and blueprints.
- Repair or replace damaged roofing materials to ensure the integrity of the roof structure.
- Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues or areas needing repair.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Metal Roofing is required.
- Driver's license required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and practices.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions.
- Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in home repair tasks.

Pay: $35.00-$42.71 per hour
