Job description

We are currently hiring **TWO (2) Personal Support Workers (PSWs)** with the following qualifications:

- **Experience in long-term care required**:

- Valid Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate with verification (NACC certificate, transcript of marks, school ID badge)
- 2 Step TB test or combination with Chest Xray within 6months
- Vulnerable Sector Check within 6months
- Updated Immunization Records that include Measles, Rubella and Varicella, and Tuberculosis. Hepatitis B is strongly encouraged. **THIS FACILITY REQUIRES AT LEAST 2 DOSES OF THE COVID VACCINE**:

- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Superior interpersonal skills that include verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, seniors, and families.
- Effective skills in critical thinking and problem solving.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a member of a dynamic team.
- Efficient decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Willing and ready to work flexible hours.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

- Weekends as needed
