Positions Available: Registered Psychologists and Registered Social Workers (MSW), Registered Clinical Counsellors

Areas of Focus: Looking for a Lead Clinician with experience and advanced skills in one or more of the following areas: 1. Couples Counselling (with Gottman and/or Sue Johnson training or willingness to complete) 2. Training in Internal Family Systems/Attachment Based Approaches to help couples heal.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a minimum of a masters degree
- Have complete Emotion Focused Therapy Training or Gottman Level 1 & 2 prior to beginning the position.
- Have a wide variety of experiences in providing Counselling services to clients with a proven track record of ability to help clients reach Goals
- Be creative, empathetic, eager to learn and grow in their area of practice and show willingness to work as a team
- Carry professional liability insurance and be in good standing with their college of registration
- Demonstrate a desire to grow and learn
- Be willing to work daytime hours as well as one Evening OR a Saturday
- Be willing to use office space at Beacon Counselling and Coaching and also have ability to conduct virtual Counselling using Secure internet at home

**Responsibilities**:

- Be detail oriented in terms of administrative tasks such as billing, progress notes, treatment planning and client feedback.
- Willing to run groups
- Maintain clinical supervision
- Retain clients and demonstrate strong clinical skills to assist client's in obtaining goals

Hours

We have found clinicians to be most successful with a minimum of 15 hours of posted availability per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $80.00-$125.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
