**Responsibilities**:

- Greets incoming patients and visitors.
- Answers phones. Addresses patient inquiries.
- Obtains insurance coverage to confirm addresses and to inform patient of cost.
- Checks patient’s Statement of Accounts upon discharge and provides required forms.
- Prepares and delivers invoices to rooms in preparation for patient discharges.
- If required, adjusts patient’s billing, according to changes.
- Processes request for operative notes to be sent to patient’s physician.
- Balances all credit card and debit card transactions.
- Obtains credit card details from each patient upon their admission.
- Balances cash box daily.
- Performs related duties as assigned.

**Skills**:

- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in a hectic environment.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Normal office working environment
- Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM-4:00PM shifts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

**Salary**: From $20.60 per hour
