Working closely with our Executive Director, you'll be responsible for the development & delivery of our psycho education programs for healthy relationships. Ideally, you have a social work, behavioural therapist, or similar background working with youth. We focus on client centred services that support all those impacted by family violence, without judgement, who reside in our service area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop healthy relationships curriculum & facilitate the SAiF Education program for youth;
- Collaborate with school staff (both admin & educators) & other youth agencies (sports teams, church youth groups, etc) to identify opportunities to deliver SAiF Education in the community;
- Promote and deliver the _Cut It Out_ & _Make It Your Business_ Presentations in the community;
- Support marketing & awareness efforts to promote SAiF Education;
- Ensure all outcome & evaluation methods are conducted per program requirements;
- Attend & participate in regular meetings as required;
- Submit regular program reports as required;
- Develop and/or enhance relationships with St. Albert, Sturgeon County & other rural/municipal community partners within the sector;
- Other duties as required as part of being a member of SAiF’s staff team.

**Minimum Required Qualifications**_:_
- Degree in social work, and/or similar human services degree appropriate to provide trauma informed approaches to delivering psycho education related to interpersonal relationships & prevention of abuse;
- Be registered or eligible and in process of registration with a professional regulatory body in Alberta (such as Alberta College of Social Workers);
- Awareness of gender issues, human rights issues, violence prevention, etc;
- Experience in public speaking and/or teaching and/or curriculum design is considered an asset.
- Ability to develop rapport with youth proficiency in both oral & written communication;
- Computer literacy, specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, & Powerpoint;
- Be self-motivated, have a strong attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task & prioritize your own workload;
- Demonstrate leadership as needed & be able to work collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
- Criminal and Vulnerable Sector Check required.
- Proof of professional registration (as appropriate).
